Orders placed on a purchase order or invoice may be cancelled at no charge any time before access is provisioned. Annual institutional site licenses are non-refundable once the license period has begun, but may be cancelled before renewal.
This policy supports, and does not limit, any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under your local law.
A purchase grants a license to access and use the WestNet Medical CE content — it is not a transfer of ownership or copyright.
All licenses are non-transferable. Please do not resell, sublicense, publicly post, or redistribute the modules or their contents outside your license. Sharing a single-user login across a department is what the site license is for — just ask us for a quote.
All module content — text, diagrams, interactive tools, covers, and emblems — is © WestNet Medical Publications (a division of WestNet North America Inc.), co-published with WestNet Humanitarian Services. Each title carries a WestNet-issued UPC and an ISBN (registration pending).
