Important Disclosures & Terms

2-Year Coverage: Your Amazon Seller Liability Insurance policy provides coverage for 24 months from the effective date stated on your Certificate of Insurance (COI). The COI is generally issued instantly upon underwriting approval.

Premium Payment: Only $500 is collected upfront. The total premium for the full 2-year term is $1000. The remaining $500 is due before or at the 12-month mark of your policy, unless otherwise negotiated. Failure to remit the remaining balance may result in policy suspension or cancellation.

Coverage Limits: Unless specified otherwise, the base policy provides $1,000,000 in commercial general liability coverage. Higher limits are available upon request and may require additional premium. Exclusions apply depending on product categories (e.g., restricted products, hazardous materials). Always check your policy documents for full details.

Waiting Period & Claims: Some parts of coverage may be subject to a 60-day waiting period. Any claims arising from newly added products or changes to your account during that period may face additional review. Please consult your policy documents for exact waiting period clauses.

Amazon Compliance: WestNet GoodPeople™ strives to meet or exceed Amazon’s insurance requirements. However, compliance ultimately depends on accurate information provided by you. If Amazon updates its policies or your account changes significantly (e.g., new product lines), you must notify us to ensure continued compliance.

Underwriting Approval: All insurance applications are subject to approval by WestNet N.A. or our affiliated underwriting partners. We reserve the right to decline or modify coverage based on risk assessment.

Refunds & Cancellations: Refund eligibility varies. If you cancel before the 2-year term ends, a prorated amount of the unearned premium may be returned, minus applicable fees. Please consult your policy documents or speak to our support team for details.
