Alberta's E3 Lithium Clearwater Project Lands Major Investment Summit Showcase

E3 Lithium, a Calgary-based leader in Canadian lithium extraction technology, has secured a coveted spot in the Canada Investment Summit Prospectus — a major achievement that puts Alberta's battery minerals on the global investment stage.

The company's flagship Clearwater Project, located in Alberta's Bashaw District, was selected from a competitive field of Canadian projects to be presented to international institutional investors, strategic partners, and allied governments during the high-profile summit scheduled for September 14-15, 2026, in Toronto.

"Inclusion in the Canada Investment Summit Prospectus recognizes that Clearwater is a project ready to be built," said Chris Doornbos, CEO and Chair of E3 Lithium. "The maturation of the technology and engineering continues to demonstrate that the lithium resources in Alberta contain significant value, and producing battery-ready products on site supports Canada's initiative to supply the global battery and energy ecosystem."

The selection underscores the strategic importance of Alberta's lithium reserves in meeting North American demand for battery materials as the electric vehicle revolution accelerates. The Clearwater Project boasts one of North America's largest lithium resource endowments, with E3 having defined 16.2 million tonnes of lithium carbonate equivalent (LCE) in measured and indicated mineral resources.

Strategic Momentum Building

The company has also announced the formation of a Strategic Advisory Group featuring industry veterans Chris Slubicki, Dr. Mike Dixon, and Kyle Rousay — a move that signals E3's commitment to advancing from exploration into full-scale production.

Stage 1 of the Clearwater Project is designed to produce 12,000 tonnes per year of lithium carbonate, with substantial room for expansion given the scale of identified brine resources in the region. The project's combination of scale, technical maturity, infrastructure access, and jurisdictional stability places it among a select group of lithium developments globally.

The Canada Investment Summit, hosted by Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney in partnership with the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board and Public Sector Pension Investment Board, aims to attract up to $1 trillion in investment into Canada across multiple sectors.

Selection for the Investment Summit Prospectus is by selection only and reflects rigorous evaluation of technical maturity, strategic value, and investment-readiness — criteria that E3 Lithium's Clearwater Project clearly met.
